- If it so happens that you have to cancel your order one day prior to delivery, we ensure you full refund of your amount without any kind of penalty (except transaction fees of $ 2.50 or INR 100).
- The management of our company will be the chief authority regarding refund. Its decision will be final and binding on all such orders.
- If you are not pleased with the quality of our product, we will either replace the product with another product of equal value or provide you full refund. The only condition being that the complaint about substandard quality should be authentic and not fabricated. Our personnel will ensure the authenticity of your statement.
